Meeting Cancellation Policy - Green River Kiwanis will not meet when Evansville is under a travel advisory.

Charley Beck wants your money!! It’s time for your dues to be paid—-$120 by

the end of August. See him if you have any questions or concerns.

Richard Seib reports that we need to add 1-2 schools to our BUG program. Lincoln, despite all our efforts, elected not to continue. BUG usually covers grades

3-5, but we have had some variations on that. Let Richard know of any prospects, giving him contact names and phone numbers.

Duane Gilles let us know the Water for People concert will be held September 25th at the Victory Theatre.  The headliner will be Johnny Rivers, with Little Moe and the Atomic Two Tones the opening act.  Tickets will be $35 at the door and $20 for GRKiwanians.  Due to the theatre's concern about having sufficient seating this year tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster.  See Duane if you'd like to attend.

Last year's concert netted some $63,000 for Water for People, enabling a $700,000 economic impact.
